    Hi there,

    I recently upgraded to the ultimate pass as figured it was better value for money and microsoft website states I should not be billed until 24/06/2021 as part of a deal, however, I am still being billed for the previous subscription at £7.99 despite my subscription page stating this has been upgraded and shouldnt be billed anymore?

    Can anyone advise me of the contact email or a webchat function I can use to querey this? I have tried the call back feature 5-6 times now but everytime I get through they can't hear me for some reason. This isnt any issue with my phone as I use it for work and spend hours on the phone each day so know that the issue isnt on my end. Really frustrated im being billed incorrectly and cant seem to speak to anyone about solving the issue.
