Is it possible to purchase more than 1 month at a time? 3 months or 12 months at a time like the Xbox Live Subscription?

Those are both two sperate subscriptions. You have your standard Xbox Live Gold Subscription and then you have your Xbox Game Pass Subscription.

yes that should be possible, but it might be different per region.

Via this link and the gift option I can for example select a 3 and 6 month subscription. Using the gift option will result in a code being send and as far as I know any normal redeemable subscription code can be stacked up to 36 months.
