    Xbox game pass subscription not getting loaded in the Game Pass for PC App


    I subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but on my Xbox Game Pass for PC app, I see the error - "we encountered a error and your subscription failed to load". Unable to play any games because of this.

    What do I need to do to resolve this?

    Yes you just need to use the Xbox app ti purchase and download games. There is a subscription service of Game Pass PC beta, you get 100 PC games to play. Your PC needs to be running the Windows 10 1903 update, to use Game Pass PC beta.

    When you want a game from the game pass for PC, you need to go through the game pass for PC or the Microsoft store to download the games. They will not download from the app or console companion. Here is the
