Xbox game pass (streaming) controller

Upgraded to Xbox App beta 9.9.21000 but still having the same issue:

Able to stream to my Xbox, but the controller is passing its input to both the Xbox and the Xbox App beta - the Xbox is controllable but the Xbox App beta is also being controlled by the controller - so pressing the B button at any time immediately terminates
the streaming.

No, you dont need the game pass to stream on console. I stream from my xbox and i dont currently have the game pass.

I’m using the controller that came with the Xbox series x wireless controller.

To better assist you, may I ask if you're using a wired or wireless controller? Also, have you tried using a different controller to see if the issue persists?

May I know which controller model are you using?



If you're using a wireless controller, please make sure that it's properly synced with your Xbox console. You can do this by pressing and holding the Xbox button on the controller until it starts flashing, then press the sync button on your console until the light on the console starts flashing as well. Once both lights are solid, your controller should be synced.



If you're using a wired controller, please make sure that it's properly connected to your Xbox console. You can do this by checking that the USB cable is securely plugged into both the controller and the console.



If the issue persists, it's possible that the controller may not be compatible with Xbox 360 games on the Xbox game pass (streaming). In this case, you may need to purchase a different controller that is compatible with Xbox 360 games.

I have the Xbox Series X with the wireless xbox controller that shipped together. I’m trying to play games on the game pass subscription. How ever the game “A way out” will not let me start the game. I tried playing it yesterday with wire but it wouldn’t work either.
