    You own the game, but in order to play online it requires at least Game Pass Core. All games require Game Pass to play online with the exception of free-to-play games.

    Yes, you will need to purchase the PC version. If you own the Xbox version, you can play it via Xbox Cloud Gaming. However, an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is required to do so.
