Xbox Game Pass Quest November 2018 Not Updating

After reading the requirements for the quest, which involved a punch card system, I set out to complete the requirements.

A total of 5 punches is required to complete the card.

First one being to activate it and the rest to get a achievement on a selection of games included in the game pass.

And only one punch requirement had to be on one game which was Forza Horizon 4.

I started this quest on the 13/11/2018 and I've seen no progress in the punch card. I've even gone out to unlock more than one achievement to compensate.

Now I understand it does state its tracking can be delayed several days. But despite it being delayed I'm worried that it's just going to put me down as failing the quest and not earning the 5000 points reward, which would be completely unfair as I've set
out to achieve said prerequisites for the reward. The achievements unlocked will have their date assigned to them to prove I unlocked them in the set time (3rd -30th november).

Plus I can't seem to easily find any other help regarding this quest, the closet I see is the October quest with fallout 4.

I hope someone can help me out with this little problem.

Xbox Quests

When Xbox Quests were first launched, I was told they were two entities?

Game pass Quests and Xbox Live quests

In November 2018, are they still two different sets of quests or are they merged now?

Since the beginning of October, I havent been able to find the quest trackers on Xbox One, is there a bug that doesnt allow users to track them? And where can I track active quests?

Lastly, are the november quests active yet?

 

Fallout 76 Free with Game Pass?

Game Pass for November and in regards to what was announced at E3, they stated that Fallout 4 would be available on Game Pass (June 2018) but they only did teaser trailers for Fallout 76. This is not to say that it will
never be on Game Pass, but at current it has not yet been announced that it will be. We recommend that you check back on
news.xbox.com for any announcements about further releases to Game Pass to keep updated.

As stated on our
Xbox Game Pass Quest FAQs:

Don’t worry! Microsoft is tracking the Quest activities and will reward users appropriately if all Quests are completed.

Also:Your reward will be sent to you through Xbox Message Center in the following month.

So in short, we are keeping track, and all rewards earned will be sent out just give it a bit of time. Hope that helps but feel free to let us know if we can further assist in this or any other issue or inquiry!

Im having the same problem too.and microsoft doesnt seem to keep track of activities like this and honour them.not only this issue but i completed two quests, one in july and the other in august and got nothing. Microsoft support regarding promotions doesnt
seem to exist. In fact when i contacted xbox support about this issue they didnt even know what a quest was, they thought it was an achievement.

 

It takes a while to register sometimes. You can also try performing a power cycle to try and get it to sync, that's worked for me before.

 

Ive noticed that in the past. Took them 3 months to sort out one of the older xbox game pass quests. Pretty useless

 

How do you do a power cycle??

 

How did you manage to sort it out? Who did you speak to? Cause im getting nowhere with it. The power cycle, while your box is on, push and hold the power off button on the console for about 10 seconds so its off, unplug it for a minutes and turn it back
on
