I am a subscriber of the Xbox Game Pass and wanted to register a situation that occurred with the last promotion made by Microsoft.

Several new subscribers signed the Game Pass for $ 3.00 (three reais) three months. These subscribers managed to accumulate 36 months paying only $ 36.00 (R $ 36.00 - six reais).

I am a subscriber paying $ 29.00 monthly at the end of thirty-six months I would spend a total of $ 319.00. Almost ten times more.

Is this fair XBOX with other Gam Pass subscribers?

Want to know what Microsoft - Xbox will do about this situation?

How can the same service have so much difference in price.

Cannot redeem 2day Gold Trial

I just redeemed a 2day gold trial pass. It said accepted, but I see no difference. I am still being charged for the free game of the month, and still full price on the Xbox gold deals. What is going on. Side note the 2day pass came from MASS EFFECT 3.
Bought it brand new from Sears at a close out price.

Publishing and vat causes differences in prices regardless of your region that's with every console

You are better off complaining to your govermnent

I don’t think that 3 months for $3 was supposed to stack unless you’re talking about people getting codes from unofficial means. If that’s the case they should be reported.

 

Every region's price will be different from each other.

 

I contacted support via email and phone and was informed that it was to post on the forum and on the site Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice

 

This happened on Xbox Live Brasileira, the last promotion made by Microsoft
