    I have to post this, I have no other choice.

    The perks are just an added bonus for buying Game Pass. Nobody buys Game Pass just for the perks. Sorry that it didn't work on the console, but support is right in this case. They are free.

    Strange, try downloading the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile, log in with the same account that has the ultimate game pass, and try to access the perks through it, see if that works, please.

    I apologize for the trouble. Kindly uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App then try to claim the perks again.

    If there is a different PC or Laptop that you can try that would be great as well.
