    Xbox game pass perks issues


    I'm on XBOX but I guess I'll explain more of my situation in detail. I saw the PSO2 on march 19 "redeem" it. I got a code but didn't use it I was expecting it to become something like world of tanks/ smite download
    page. About a few hours later went back to see if it changed. It disappeared instead so now it no longer exists and now I couldn't event redeem the code I was given. I know my code exists but dunno if I can ever get it though. Note: I redownloaded my account
    it did nothing. I've also noticed Xbox has been having issues lately, so dunno if that is affecting it or its separate problem. Extra Note: game pass quests is also broken and my achievement list wont update anymore.

    Pls help me.

    I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with Game Pass for PC.

    I’m not sure what advantages you are talking about. Which Game Pass Ultimate Perks are you trying to download where you receive this error?

    To redeem your perks, you must enter the code on your console or PC app you cannot redeem them via mobile.

    I just want to clarify, are you pertaining to Xbox Game Pass perks? If yes, the Xbox Game Pass perks are available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members only. It can't be shared.
