    Xbox game pass perk tab issue


    I always see perk rewards on my Xbox game pass app ( I have ultimate) but whenever I click on them I can't access them and they don't even appear on my perk tab. I've lost out on so many good deals because of this and I don't even know how to properly phrase the question.

    If you have game pass ultimate go into the game pass tab and click on perks the nitro is under perks

    Please try to claim perks from the Xbox app for smartphones, you can do this by logging into the app and going to the "Game Pass" tab on the bottom right.

    There you will find the section of perks you can obtain.
