    I logged onto my XBOX account via my PC to play Halo and it told me that I needed to buy the Game Pass for it to work. However, I already own the Game Pass and is how I have been playing it for the past month. I have not changed anything in my payment method or with my account.

    I have already tried restarting my PC, restarting my router, signing in and out of my account on both Microsoft Store and the XBOX app.

    I don't know what's wrong. I just wanna play Halo.

    The PC version only joined game pass a couple of months ago, so won't be leaving the service yet.

    Why can't I access Game Pass on my PC?

    That could either be Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass. If it's Core, it won't work on PC.

    The Nitro gift is only available for Xbox Game Pass users. if you are an Pc Game Pass user, it won't work, sorry.

    If you had Game Pass previously, that code won't work on your account, given that it is a 3-months free trial of Game Pass for PC. It can only be redeemed on a account that didn't had Game Pass before.
