    Win 10 only but you should be able to run win 10 if your running 8.1

    If your computer supports Windows 10, you can still download Windows 10 from Microsoft, and install it over your existing 8.1 installation, When asked for a product key, use your Windows 8 key (or if your computer is from a larger company like HP, Dell or
    Lenovo and the likes), the key is also stored in the PC's BIOS.

    After you upgraded to Windows 10, you can then use the Game Pass on PC.
