Xbox Game Pass PC settings

PC and xbox is a different whole set of platforms

the only way to play xbox games on PC/Laptop is if you have the xbox game pass on PC or xbox

You can do family settings on PC with different accounts but last time I check, it doesn't do games

Game Pass features are shared via the "Home" setting on consoles. There is no such feature on PC. Only the account that purchased Game Pass can utilize the features of Game Pass on PC.

if you sign in on your Xbox with your PC account then designate it as the Home Xbox for that account you will have access to the subscriptions/games associated with that account.

if you set it up this way you could upgrade your PC Game Pass to Game Pass Ultimate and then you wouldn't need Live Gold on your Xbox account but you'll still have access to Gold as well as all the games on Xbox Game Pass (although you will need to sign
in to your PC account to download Xbox Game Pass games)

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes PC Game Pass (Beta) so any game in the PC Game Pass library can be installed on your Win 10 PC if you have purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

you can even play Forza Horizon 4 on your PC while someone else plays it, on their profile, on your Xbox One (as long as your Xbox is set as your Home Xbox).
