    Xbox Game Pass PC saying i need a new game pass subscription


    So I want to download games on my PC and decided to use game pass. I already own game pass and when I try to purchase it because it was a last ditch effort, it didn't purchase. I purchased game pass last year and have renewed my subscription every month.
    Why won't it let me get games on my computer? I have signed out and signed back in. I have restarted my computer. I have unplugged my wifi and plugged it back in. I have done standard procedures for technical issues. None of them worked. Does someone have
    an answer for this?

    Why can't the Ultimate game pass be shared with family on PC?

    So your saying my family of 5 with 1 pc has to have 5 separate game pass subscriptions to use game pass on there pc accounts? I don't need to do this with the Xbox why is it different on the pc? I should be able to buy game pass for the pc and everyone that uses it has access

    Hello, if you have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, then you only need one subscription for your two children to play together online.

    That's because Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes all the benefits of Xbox Game Pass Core, including access to online multiplayer games.

    If you have an Xbox Game Pass Core subscription, then you will need a subscription for each child. This is because Xbox Game Pass Core does not include access to online multiplayer games.

    If you have an Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription, then you don't need a subscription for your two kids to play together online. This is because online multiplayer games on PC are free.

    Yes with the game pass on PC you will need an Xbox live gold subscription also. Currently there is a subscription called Ultimate game pass, this subscription combines game pass for PC and console, also has Xbox live gold.
