XBox Game Pass PC no longer launching most games that it once did.

When I go to launch certain games from the game pass that once launched with no issue, they show the loading splash screen, state launching game in the bottom right of it, and then they just close with no error message. I have tried installing and launching various games that I have bought on Steam in order to troubleshoot, and while they work with no issues on Steam, they just show the loading splash screen and then close on xbox game pass. I should note that the initial launch of every game does ask me to log in and authorize access like it should, which I do with no issues.

One random game that works for some odd reason;

• Windows 10 Home, version: 22H2
  
• AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
  
• 32 GB Ram
  
• ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1080 TI, been with me through two rebuilds though might have to replace it soon, still handles most games great!

Some steps that I have taken;

• Restore from previous state
  
• Uninstall and reinstall games
  
• Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App
  
• Uninstall and reinstall Xbox Gaming Services
  
• Repair/Restore of Gaming Services
  
• Repair/Restore of Xbox App
  
• Ran WSReset
  
• Fully updating Windows 10, including optional updates
  
• Updating nVidia drivers to latest version
  
• Uninstalling, rebooting, installing nvidia drivers, rebooting.
  
• Updating all hardware drivers to latest version
  
• Creating a new admin account, installing xbox and games there.
  
• Creating a VM and doing the same, basically a clean install.
  
• Set both Microsoft Store and XBox Store to offline permissions
  
• the Powershell "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers" and "start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN" trick
  
• Note: Pc is literally plugged directly into the internet bypassing the router and using a static IP for troubleshooting purposes.
  
• Disabled and uninstalled all anti-virus, VPN, and proxies.
  
• Windows defender reset to defaults.
  
• Rebooted after every step.
  
• Manually setting date/time.
  
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
  
• Removing GamingServices abd GamingServicesNet from the registry
  
• Basically all the network resets and troubleshooting you can think off
  

Basically, stuff works when not using xbox app and doesn't work when using it. I am guessing its an AUTH issue, but without being able to view any sort of logs for the app it's difficult to troubleshoot without busting out wireshark, though that may be next.
