Xbox game pass PC issues

I'm having an issue here where I open up my xbox app on pc, and go to play some game pass games. yet whenever I go to launch it is telling me to buy the game pass. Yet I go to my profile, settings, and xbox game pass shows up as on my subscriptions. I
was also charged the monthly fee at the start of this month. Not sure what to do here. Strangely enough it shows my pass was canceled in april and there's been no transaction since when I view the account on microsofts website. Struggling to find where I can
contact to have this sorted so here I am. I'd appreciate any help.
