Brad is partly right. But Store games can be moved and this includes Game Pass titles. You need to move them using Windows Settings > Apps

Find your game in the list, click on it once and click Move. Choose the drive you want to move the game.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on moving games. Unfortunately, game pass games files are locked. I do not think there is a way to move them correctly. Few i know have tried have messed the files up.

Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer content from one account to another.

You might reach out to the
chat team to see about refunding the purchase so you can buy it on your other account though!

You can also set up your main account as the
Home console and play the game on all your accounts on one Xbox One console if you like.
