Xbox Game Pass PC Games Not Launching 2020

So I've Googled this till my fingers bled. I've tried EVERY solution I could find and nothing is working. Some games will launch just fine (Outer Worlds works) and others I've installed and tried to run just won't play (FFXV, We Happy Few). When I try
to run them a box pops up with this message "Check the Windows Store for more info about We Happy Few(or whatever game I tried to launch).". I'm going crazy here. And yes, I've tried turning it off and on again.

Try turning off and keeping it off for 3-5 mins and turn back on!

It will release first on PC via Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta) and Steam on August 18th, 2020. It will eventually come to the Xbox family of consoles, although as of now there's no release date.

Microsoft Flight Simulator will be released for Xbox and PC. There's no word on its release date
(it's expected to be 2020), but it will be available on Xbox Game Pass when it launches.
