I have the same problem but I can't start it

and my error code is : 0x87e00017

I just passed on win 11 too

Kindly try the following and see if it addresses the issue.

✓ CLEAR CACHE:

a) Search Disk Cleanup on start up menu

Select your OS drive

Mark Temporary Files

Hit Clean up

Okay

b) Then search CMD and Run as Admin (right click on it to select admin permission)

Type

Ipconfig/flushDNS

Hit Enter

✓ Please sign out of the following and sign in back again.

Xbox app, EA desktop, MS store and PC

✓ RUN WINDOWS STORE TROUBLESHOOTER

Click on Start and select Settings.

Choose Update and security.

Click on Troubleshoot option.

Click Additional troubleshooters.

Scroll down and click on Windows Store Apps and click on Run the Troubleshooter.

The troubleshooter will scan the system for any problem related to the Windows Store and recommend fixes accordingly.

✓ RESET THE XBOX APP

Click Start and click Settings.

Select Apps

Select Apps & features.

Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

Click Reset.

Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.

✓ RESET WINDOWS STORE CACHE

Close store app

Press Windows Key+R to open run command

Type

WSreset.exe

And press Enter

Let the blank page process

Store will start automatically.

Thanks for trying to help, and i have tried every solution you have listed in your reply, however none of them have fixed my issue.
I however have found some more information which could possibly give more of a clue as to how I could fix my problem?

After those instructions, i tried to install outer wilds from the Microsoft store instead to see if maybe it worked, and i see that instead of there being an "install" button, i have the option to press play. So i did, and it says "Outer Wilds can’t open because it cannot be found. The storage device might be missing or disconnected." this is also true for Humankind, which makes me think that when i reinstalled the Xbox app, something must have bugged the games i had installed and they didn't uninstall properly with the Xbox app.




I also searched for outer wilds in my settings, and my computer seems to still think it is installed, and it is the same for Humankind.







Then, i tried to uninstall them to see if it would get rid of any remaining files, and i got a different error.





This makes me think that maybe this has some sort of link the problem. I also tested to make sure that some things still work and i was in fact, i was able to start a download on other games like FH5 and mortal kombat 11.
