Discus and support Xbox Game Pass (PC) DL Speeds in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I came on this forum to look for any recent posts about the abysmal DL speed.     I came on this forum to look for any recent posts about the abysmal DL speed. I have used every *fix* i've seen and still get absolutely horrid speeds on Downloading anything through this app.

    While going through the forums, it occured to me that it's just utter innepttitude on the part of Microsoft's teams though. I mean, on this forum when I hit the "Next" button to go to a new page, the new page doesn't set me at the top of the page so I can
    scroll down through the posts, it leaves me at the bottom. If they can't even get a **** FORUM right, why should I expect regular DL speeds from them, like every other company in the universe can figure out?

    If the Game Pass wasn't practically free, I wouldn't be here.

    If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this program's DL speeds not total ****, i'm willing to give them a shot.

    Edit a few minutes after posting to clarify: My currently active DL bounces from literally 0/b's per second, to never more than 1.7Mb's/s. And while actively DL'ing a game, and 2 other people using the internet ony my network, I can do a speed test and get
    30Mbs/s. Which tells me there is plenty of room for more speed, and the Xbox (PC) app is just not using it. And nowhere in the app itself are there internet settings, so all of the *fixes* i've used have had to be somewhere in the windows/router/interenet
    settings elsewhere. How the **** do the people who created this app still have jobs?

    Any "all-digital-library hopefuls" slightly concerned with internet throttling or very long download times??

    we might be able to "Pre order" a game.. have it set to purchase and DL the moment it comes out... not too many people actually sit at the PC at midnight for a huge release.... also if your at work school... and you are one the people who will leave the
    XB1 "On".. you can order games from your PC, smart phone and send the DL to your Xbox while away...

    Also better hardware.. will mean faster DL times... we cannot compare them to the slow *** 2005 tech for DL times...(internet speed still plays a big part)

    OP you mention your internet is fast.. but how fast?? I mean if your ISP states 30/20 and you are on WIFI in a house that has many connections connected to that service... PCs, Cell Phones, Laptops, Tablets) guess what... ?? you are no longer getting those
    speeds..

    My speed, I can DL a good size game in about 15 minutes... is it as fast as it would DL the same file on my PC?? not even close... but I do did expect it to be..

    Xbox Game Pass for PC

    Game Pass Ultimate gives you all the subscriptions under one roof. Gold, Games Pass for PC & Xbox, but if you only have a PC, it's pointless getting ultimate.

    As for the app download speeds, probably has something to do with the amount of gamers trying the new game pass out. The speeds should sort themselves out soon.

    When you say 'the worst internet', what do you mean exactly? What dl speeds are you seeing on your Xbox and what do you get if you run a speed test on your phone or a PC? How do these numbers compare with the package your ISP advertises?
