    Xbox Game Pass PC App Not Working


    Hi There,

    I've recently changed some parts in my pc (MB, CPU & Cooler, RAM). Since I changed the parts and reinstalled everything the game pass app won't work. It will load up to the home screen and as soon as something is clicked, it closes.

    I've done gamer expert chat on here and have been told to do the following:

    Uninstall/Reinstall

    Use PowerShell to uninstall/reinstall gaming services

    Updated OS

    Used Advanced settings and done reset & Repair

    I'm having no joy with it at all. Does anyone else have any ideas?

    Xbox Ultimate Game Pass Unable to Redeem Perks

    I'm also having the same issue, I've tried both PC and IOS Game pass app and xbox app and neither work. I use the IOS Game Pass and Xbox App.

    How can I unlock the game pass quests from having a padlock on them?

    I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

    • Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
    • Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
    • Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.

    You can either download the game pass for PC or the Game Pass app on your phone. I downloaded the app on my phone and that's how I redeemed mine and then just logged into the PC and it worked for me.
