    Xbox Game Pass "Past Due" Subscription?


    Hiya everyone. I've been having a bit of issue I was hoping you guys could help me out with.

    Back in January I decided I was done with Xbox Game Pass for the time being, I'm almost 100% sure I set it to not repeat subscribe to my account because it was set up for $45 payments every 3 months. It was the Xbox Ultimate Pass, I don't even have an Xbox
    One so I'm pretty sure I didn't want to keep it so I put it on hold. For some reason that didn't work out, because when I came back 3-4 months later, my account was apparently "Past Due" $45. Now this didn't make much sense to me. I don't even really remember
    USING Xbox Game Pass within that time frame. So I just 'paid' $45 for something I didn't even know I had or wanted. Though the payment didn't go through because I don't even have that much money on my credit card, I've been more worried trying to afford food/living
    because of the recent COVID-19 events so my account has never even had the $45 for it to automatically come out.

    So now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Either I somehow pay the $50 for the thing I never used or even wanted, or I wait '60 days' according to Support. Now I'd usually just wait the 60 days, but I'm really interested in subscribing back to Xbox
    Game Pass for the Phantasy Star Online 2 rewards. They apparently end in one week for subscribers. I unfortunately don't have the money to pay $50+ just for these exclusive rewards, which somewhat breaks my heart because I really wanted to get them. Obviously
    my 60 days won't be up by then, so I can't just wait.

    I've heard that some people have been able to bypass the 60 days without paying the 'past due' that was automatically added to their account. I've tried asking support about this but they've just told me they have nothing they can do about it, which confuses
    me because other people have told me they were able to do it.

    I've been supporting Xbox ever since the release of the Xbox 360, and why this isn't really an excuse as to why I should have things my way, it just confuses me how I haven't had any luck from support in helping me on this issue. Either way, any help would
    be appreciated. I just don't want to miss out on those PSO2 rewards. Xbox Game Pass "Past Due" Subscription? :(

    depending on when it was set to renew, you may be able to pay the balance and then request a refund, or, if the past due subscription is for Live Gold and you wanted to take advantage of the deals on Game Pass,
    Ultimate you can simply pay the outstanding balance and then upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate and any time left on your Live Gold will also be converted to Game Pass Ultimate
