Xbox Game Pass Past Due Cancelation

I've run into trouble with my xbox live account. Recently I logged on and wasn't able to connect to xbox live because apparently my payment was past due. I remember going through the process to stop auto-renewal and I was never notified that my subscription
status was nearly up. I was just trying to use the 14 day trial on the game pass but they auto charged me for the next month as well ever though I had no fund in my account and auto renewal turned off. So now I need to pay $15 to cancel the subscription before
using my xbox again. Which is just a hugeee scam. I’ve done lots of research and lots of other people have had this same problem and it’s out of hand. I spoke to microsoft support members and none were able to help me out. I refuse to pay $15 for something
I did not want. Anyone know anything about this and can help
out?

if you have already used a trial in the past you wont be able to use another trial code. as for being charged when auto renewal was off you should be able to get refunded, i would try again with xbox support - Contact

have also got this problemit said the 1 dollar xbox pass then chargeed me 15 teen dang dollars such a scam change
