Xbox game pass, pass due

So, a month ago I subscribed to game pass and then a month later they pinned a pass due charge on a old card that I have on my account, but never used for game pass. Instead of charging the card I used when I started my subscription. Is there anyway to
remove this old card and the past due flag on it? Or who would I have to get in contact with to resolve this issue? Thanks .

The Xbox Game Pass app is not compatible with the Xbox 360 due to the fact that Game Pass is not available for the Xbox 360. Hence why you cannot make the console the default console. The Xbox Game pass app will only work for the Xbox One.

They will not have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on their account but they'll be able to have access to the game pass library and play online games due to you having the Xbox game pass ultimate.

What is the exact issue that they're experiencing?

The past due amount must be paid before you can purchase or redeem more membership.

https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and click "pay now" next to the amount in red. It must be paid for by a credit/debit card.

So I have to pay an extra 10 bucks, because the incorrect card was charged?
