Xbox Game Pass para PC (Beta) CANCELAMENTO/CANCEL [Translation - Xbox Game Pass for PC...

I'm trying to cancel my subscription to Xbox game pass PC (beta). I will try to follow your guide. When I get home. I bought it via Microsoft store then installed the Xbox beta app. Doesn't really show to cancel my subscription in my Microsoft account.
Will try by the Xbox but it always lead to my account back to Microsoft.

cancel your subscription for Game Pass, but have been unsuccessful, then I recommend that you
contact Xbox Support for assistance in doing so. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the tools necessary to directly assist with billing or subscription issues.

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
  
  • Select - Show contact options
    
  • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support
    

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as they do change from time to time.

You can normally cancel, it via your profile subscriptions page on mircosoft.com website. But you can try there and to try and get help with it also try using the contact us page Xbox support can try assist you. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#2:0:6

Thanks for the update. You will want to make sure you are signed into your account to cancel your subscription, if you are signed into the incorrect account, your subscription will not appear.

To properly cancel a subscription, make sure to follow the steps below:

• Go to
  Services & subscriptions. You might be asked to sign in.
  
• Find the subscription and select Payment & billing>
  Cancel.
  If you don't see your subscription, make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account for that subscription.
  
• Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with cancellation. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
  
• You can also find the subscription and select Payment & billing>
  Change>
  Turn off recurring billingto avoid being charged again when the subscription expires on its own.

Game Pass PC (beta) ? ya que la suscripción para PC no se verá directamente reflejada en la app de Xbox ni en la página de Xbox. En la tienda de MS si el juego no es para PC no aparecerá la opción. En ocasiones los juegos vienen con dos páginas de descarga
distintas, una para Xbox y otra para PC, solo asegurat que la opción de "disponible en: PC" aparezca.

Just to confirm, are you using the Game Pass PC (beta) app? because your PC subscription won't be directly reflected in the Xbox app or Xbox page. In the MS store if the game is not for PC the option will not appear. Sometimes games come with two different
download pages, one for Xbox and one for PC, just make sure that the "available on: PC" option appears.
