Xbox Game Pass Paid - But is Pending on Xbox !

I'm having a trouble with my Xbox Game Pass the signature was paid at

the day 16 of this month and the money was taken from my credit card,

but when i tried to see my games on the Game Pass Catalog / List the

games didn't appear and I'm automatic transferred to the game pass join

screen to buy the signature, and i checked my transactions on my Xbox

Account and the game pass transaction of this month is appearing pending

but It was paid !

Why is my Game Pass Service pending and inactive ? The 9.99 Euros have been charged , i already have the invoice but it says Pending on status and i cannot play.

It is possible that the current service alert may be causing your issue I would suggest wait for this to end then see if you can access the content.

I'm having the same problem. They are saying I was never charged and I need to take it up with my bank.

 

The same here and i even have the invoice

 

same was supposed to come out on first (new years day) went put on 4th I got invoice too

 

Same issue here as well. My card shows the charge has gone through, but it shows as pending on my Microsoft account purchase history. If this issue hadn't occurred I would have been awarded the MYVIP perk for being subscribed to game pass for three months
in a row. I'm hoping that I will still get that after this problem has been solved.

I have the same issue. The money was taken from my account through paypal, but the order is pending for some reason. It has been like that for almost three weeks.

Started working again today or yesterday. Problem is it will expire in one week as though it were active the entire time, even though I have not had access to it at all during this time. Not okay, Microsoft.

 

Game Pass charged my Credit Card on July 11th. Microsoft site says it is still a "pending" charge... It is now the 19th....
