Xbox game pass on PC won't install Warhammer 40K: Darktide, stuck at 40%. Can't pause the...

I have seen this post regarding many games in general none coming to a resolution so i am hoping to get to one.

I have updated Windows as of today 12 October 2023.

I have updated Xbox app and Games services as of today.

I have uninstalled both and reinstalled both.

annoyingly the Game reappeared back in the que at 40% unable to be paused or canceled.

I have signed out of both Microsoft store and Xbox and signed back in using the same account.

I have tried the repair and rest of the app.

I have done the powershell commands.

I have ensure my date, time, and region are all valid.

I have restarted my PC after each one of these steps.

I have gone through page after page looking for a solution to no prevail.
