Xbox game pass on PC not working need help!

My Xbox app on PC wont down download any games when I try to cancel what was downloading beforehand it gets stuck on “canceling 2%” and if I close and reopen says “downloading 2%” again has been stuck for days

Ive tried reset/repair gaming services

Signing out and back into xbox and Microsoft

Uninstalling and reinstalling xbox and Microsoft

Restarting computer

And a few other things no change in anything really don’t want to have to just give up and delete xbox and game pass as I like it

How to Roll Back Windows 10 to a Previous Version of Windows

To go back to a previous version of Windows, do the following:

If your computer is unplugged, make sure you plug it into the wall outlet and click Next.

Click Start and type "recovery".

Select Recovery Options (System Setup).

Under Recovery, select Go Back to Windows [X], where [X] is the previous version of Windows.

Select a reason for the reversal, then click Next.

Click Back to Windows [X].

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the rollback.

When the rollback is complete, the computer will boot into the previous version of Windows. If you used a password to log in in the previous version of Windows, you will need that password to log in.

You need to log in the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app with the account that owns the subscription, also you must confirm that your suscription is not game pass for console, as this only works on the Xbox not on the PC, for PC you need Game pass ultimate or game pass for Pc, you can confirm which suscription you have active here

It depends on which Game Pass you have. You would need PC Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate in order for it to work on PC.

Just a friendly reminder though that to use the cloud gaming feature you will be needing an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Also, if you're on Xbox Console, PC Game Pass will not work from there. You'll need an Xbox Game Pass for Console or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
