Xbox Game Pass on PC Not Launching Downloaded Games from Either App or Website

There is no error code or pop-up after I try to start the game(s) there is currently only one game I know of that works and I currently do not have an Xbox Game Pass Subscription that is active, yet I can still play the game even though I did not purchase it to own it. I have tried every orthodox solution solve the issue I have been on phones with customer service countless times for hours at a time and they have been left scratching their heads. I've purchased at least 3 subscriptions without being able to play any games besides the one I previously mentioned, I don't appreciate throwing money in the garbage.

Kindly try the following and see if it addresses the issue.

✓ CLEAR CACHE:

a) Search Disk Cleanup on start up menu

Select your OS drive

Mark Temporary Files

Hit Clean up

Okay

b) Then search CMD and Run as Admin (right click on it to select admin permission)

Type

Ipconfig/flushDNS

Hit Enter

✓ Please sign out of the following and sign in back again.

Xbox app, EA desktop, MS store and PC

✓ RUN WINDOWS STORE TROUBLESHOOTER

Click on Start and select Settings.

Choose Update and security.

Click on Troubleshoot option.

Click Additional troubleshooters.

Scroll down and click on Windows Store Apps and click on Run the Troubleshooter.

The troubleshooter will scan the system for any problem related to the Windows Store and recommend fixes accordingly.

✓ RESET THE XBOX APP

Click Start and click Settings.

Select Apps

Select Apps & features.

Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

Click Reset.

Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.

✓ RESET WINDOWS STORE CACHE

Close store app

Press Windows Key+R to open run command

Type

WSreset.exe

And press Enter

Let the blank page process

Store will start automatically.

That's typically a message you'd receive if you're trying to download a One game from the website and it's looking for a console. Are you downloading from the Xbox app (not the console companion app)? If you need the app, you can download it at https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass/pc-games?xr=shellnav

In order to download PC games from the new Xbox Game pass for PC, you'll need to first download the Xbox Console Companion app (Beta) and then download the Xbox Game Pass PC app (Beta) from this website,

Xbox Game Pass for PC. Then, you need to make sure you have Windows version 1903.

Do you have all of these requirements? Where are you trying to download the game? Can you download other games from the Xbox Game Pass for PC?

Found a solution :- do not launch the game from xbox game pass pc app. Go to settings find halo app try repair and reset then launch it from recently added tab.
