Xbox Game Pass on PC-locate and verify installed games

you cant, microsoft does not allow it, as most of the games are in xvd format and hidden under an encrypted folder, once you format you have to re download the lot.

Thanks for the reply. That sucks but oh well. What would I do with the files already installed?

It's installed on my primary drive in a folder I made myself c:/Program Files/Games this is the location I install all my games to, including other Game Pass titles, all run fine (I just installed launched "Kraken Academy" to verify this) other than Football Manager 2022.

I don't believe I'm a part of PC Insiders, I'm a Game Pass Ultimate member? I don't know if that's relevant.

Thanks for your response. Can you please verify a few things for us so that we may better support your issue?

1. PC time/date and region are correct.
   
2. Verify that you are logged into the Xbox app and Microsoft Store with the same account that has an active Game Pass subscription.
   
3. Verify that you have "Xbox Identity Provider" installed on your PC. You can search for this app in the Microsoft Store.
   
4. Verify that your Xbox app (Link) and Xbox Gaming services (Link) are up to date in the Microsoft Store
   
5. If the game is completely installed on the PC locate the game in the Start Menu and right click it. Next select "more"" and "Run as Administrator"

Sorry to hear that the issue is continuing to occur. Are you able to see the seasons pass installed on your Xbox One? You can verify this by following these steps:

• From the Dashboard, navigate to My games & apps.
• Select Games and navigate to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
• Press the Menu button and select Manage game.
• On the right side you should see the seasons pass.

Let us know if the seasons pass is located under the Ready to install section or already shows as installed. Thanks!
