Xbox Game Pass on PC Games

Hello,

I have tried now for three months to install multiple games through the game pass. I have had nothing but problems. The problems change , but I have been unable to get any to work save three games. They download and install , but are unable to run. I get
app unable to open , or not ; liscened to this account. or app starts and closes almost immediately, No signs of any app launch, does not even show up in task manager. I have checked the event veiwer and get varying errors. ( 0x00000705b, fault in dll file,
JSON Missing, Missing Index File, incoorect version of windows, You name it I try one fix , another error comes up. )

I have updated drivers

WSReset

DISM Retore health

App Repair

App Reset

Disabled Antivirus, Firewall

Made an Administrator Account

Gave the Administrator permissions for Folder, and Drive

Ran the Compatibility wizard

Windows Reset

a Clean Install, with all certified drivers

Ran a Memory Test for Ram.

Adjusted Timings of Ram

Declocked Ram

SFC /Scannow

CHKDSK /R /F

Disabled Prefetching on Drive

Change the size of Paging file

Disabled the Swap File, Rebooted , and re enabled it.

I can send a file of fault log if need be.

Some of the Play Anywhere games have worked

Gear Ultimate Edition

Ori and the Blind forest, and Killer Instinct

But

Gears 5, Bloodstained , Metro Last Light,Super lucky tales,Sinner,Kingdom Come Deliverance, and a couple more all do the same thing multiple errors

Please forward me to some one who can help or please give me something else I have not done yet
