    Xbox Game Pass on PC doesn't let me play or install games?


    I have had the game pass for over a year now and I have been able to download and play games through it, but recently it doesn't launch any games I have installed, and it won't let me install new games either. When installing new games it says "unknown available" to any hard drives, and when i try to launch games through the app or through the desktop shortcut it does nothing other than refer me to gaming services on the windows store. I have reset the Xbox app and the gaming services app but nothing works at all. What can I do?

    Have you run Windows Update recently? I ask as a hotfix for this issue was rolled out not long ago. The issue was caused by a recent Windows Update

    Timespinner has been on Xbox for months. I've had it installed since then, but it is only available on Xbox Game Pass for PC, hence why it doesn't show on your game pass games. But the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere game, so can be played on your Xbox Console
    if you have Xbox Game Pass for PC or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. You can of course purchase the game if you wish, and play it on Win 10 or Xbox One.
