XBOX Game Pass on PC (can`t change the language of the game)

Thanks for your help. Setting the region in the Windows setting to an English speaking country did the trick as it changes both the Microsoft store and the XBOX store the English speaking country I have set in the region. Has no impact on the Microsoft account which I left to Japan.

Good morning all, this didn`t work either. Region set to English and deleted all files which were installed beforehand. Did install again and the game was again in Japanese. That was the nail to the coffin of XBOX Gamepass on PC, I will cancel my subscription now and stick to STEAM and other providers.

I found a similar Thread and there was the same problem with Forza but why should this not work with Wolfenstein. A user found a solution on page 2 and another user replied that his solution worked. Maybe you would give this a try , too.

You change the settings on your Xbox App settings for language there, and this should change the one for Gears 5.

Hey,

On Xbox it's as simple as setting your Xbox's language on the language you want and it'd download some files to change it to said language. I assume it's the same on PC and thus give changing the display language a try.

Also some games have the option to change the language and subtitles in-game in the options menu, I suggest going through those first before changing the language of your PC.
