Xbox Game Pass not working?

I'm currently unable to access any of the Xbox Game Pass games that I've already paid for. I was charged on my credit card on July 13th and I was still able to play games like Sea of Thieves (an Xbox Game Pass title) as of yesterday, but for some reason
today I keep getting a message saying that I'm not an Xbox Game Pass subscriber. If I were to try and renew game pass on the Xbox Store it would just give me an error code, and I really don't want to have to do this anyway since I already paid for it about
a week ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there.

You'll still see the option to purchase Xbox Game Pass because as you mentioned you're using a trial and not a paid subscription. The most important thing is whether or not you can access Xbox Game Pass games as part of your trial.

When you go to My Games & Apps>Memberships>Xbox Game Pass, are you able to launch the Game Pass menus and install/play Game Pass titles?

Lego Batman is no longer game pass subscription.

Game has left game pass list since two days ago without any notification from Microsoft.

"Remember, Xbox will notify users prior to a game leaving the Xbox Game Pass catalog" - it's a quote from Game Pass FAQ.

Unfortunately I did not recieved any notification from Microsoft.

Hello, sorry to hear you are having problems. Have you got it working again? There may have been a service outage. Are you 100% sure it that the charge went through? You can check from your Microsoft account.

I suggest you to perform these steps:

-power cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

-erase and download again the user profile:

Go to settings then subscriptions and check If You subscription is active, If it's and even so You can't play those games You must contact Xbox Support, You can also check If the games work with your console in offline mode and You may also clean the cache
of your console by pressing Power Button for 10 seconds.

Game Pass Games are subscription based games, and only Backwards Compatible 360 games for the Xbox One work with Game Pass.

If you have Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Gold, you can keep the Games With Gold for Xbox 360. But with only Game Pass, you can't play any backwards compatible games on the 360, and on the Xbox One, the games stop working after your Game Pass trial
ran out.

So in short: No, you can't keep Game Pass Games, be it Xbox One or Xbox 360 games. And Game Pass doesn't work on original Xbox 360 consoles at all.

Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

I understand your question.
To share subscription between PC and console, you need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

• The Game Pass for console works only on the console.
• Game Pass for PC works on PC only.
• Game Pass Ultimate works on both

If you have Ultimate you can share with him

The Xbox Game Pass app is not compatible with the Xbox 360 due to the fact that Game Pass is not available for the Xbox 360. Hence why you cannot make the console the default console. The Xbox Game pass app will only work for the Xbox One.
