Xbox Game Pass not working.

I was charged for xbox game pass this month but it stopped working today. I checked my account payment history on here and it shows the payment was made but now will only allow me to buy another month for the discounted rate of $1. The game pass was working
fine during the day but stopped working in the evening.

Xbox Game Pass not working

My Xbox Game Pass downloads won't work. They go through all the phases. but gets stuck on Downloading. Is this happening with everyone? Or is there something I can do.

 

I have the same problem. I contacted assistance but they didn't fix it at all.

I'm very concerned because in my bank's account they made the payment.

 

I don't know what to do... I have this problem.

 

Same here. They basically said the payments are still pending despite them clearing according to my bank account. Then they also have a charge related to using two forms of payment for a deluxe edition game named under Game Pass even tho my Game Pass was
already charged for that month a few days prior. Guess they don't want my money.

Still without any solution at all. I'm waiting that the issue with Xbox live get a remedy to see if they give me back my subscription.

 

I also have this issue. My monthly payment came out on 18th but could only use the game pass service up to the 25th.

I tried getting help thru the @Xboxsupport Twitter page but they haven't helped.

What a waste of money!

 

I am having the same problem. I paid for my Xbox game pass on the 14th of December. When I checked it on the 28th I no longer had the subscription and if I wanted it I would have to pay $1.

 

I just got this issue resolved through contacting support via chat. They moved my renewal date from the 14th to the 23rd to compensate me for not being able to use it for the last 5 days.

 

Just noticed this Problem.. I was charged on July 11th but it says I don't have a membership on my xbox and charge said pending under orders and its been over a week. I was able to download a game on the 12th so I am not sure what the issue is. Also may
have messed up the billing thing by canceling and turning on recurring billing. Course it now says I will be billed on July 12 which was 6 days ago.....

I went on settings on the console, then account, then subscriptions. It showed there was an issue with my payment method I updated it and it worked straight away.

Same here...charged but no games. I usually don't complain

but support was horrible. They want a copy of my bank statement, even though they said they COULD SEE

THAT IT WAS CHARGED!!! It's a 10 dollar game plan....not a mortgage!!

I would have paid an xtra10 to get it to work and skip support, which didn't fix it anyway. But that wasn't working either.

They said "try again in 24 hours"..... try again......

I know this is just video games...nothing to important ...right?

But these consoles and games are expensive, and this is a Billion + dollar company.

And as a business I find the answer "try again in 24 hours" weak at best.

I know this will fall on the deaf ears of corporate America, and nothing will come of this lengthy rant........

but I can't play any games right now so I had some extra time.
