I would also check to make sure that you're using the same account being billed.

I would check your status on account.microsoft.com to make sure it went through okay. From there you can manage all subscriptions.

Go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

Also, try removing and re-adding your Xbox profile to / from the console.

If the problem persists,

I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue.
