Xbox Game pass not working after renew subscription

Hi guys, 4h ago I´ve renewed my xbox game pass subscription after the 14 days trial. The problem is that the subscription seems to be active on the xbox but when i tried to use any xbox game pass game the error 0x803f00e. I´ve tried to reset the xbox, reset
network settings and log out and log in but nothing works. At this point I don´t know what else can I do... If someone can help me i will be really thankful!

How to tell if xbox game pass was renwed automatically or made deliberately?

Go to http://account.microsoft.com/subscriptions , under xbox game pass you will find "disable auto renew" to dont be charged automatically.

This happend when you buy xbox game pass from Microsoft Store, when it come to the expire date you get charged for the same amount of months that you subscribed last time.

Only on prepaid cards, after redeem will ask you if you want auto renew or not.

The next time you get game pass directly from store, go to the link above and just disable auto renew.

If you turn off auto-renewal your subscription will not be cancelled. It'll just run for the 12 months and then end.

If you bought a subscription to Game Pass from Xbox for 1 month, then it will renew after the 1 month and you will pay again. If you just bought a prepaid Game Pass card for 1 month then it would not renew unless you turned that option on.

Yes, you need to give credit card details so that if you decide to carry on the subscription, it will work, and then it goes on to automatic billing. This means that you have to give your credit card details to redeem the Xbox Game Pass. After doing that, you will be able to go into "My subscriptions" in settings and cancel the Game Pass for when it next renews.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question about game pass. You can purchase the promotion, then

turn off the auto renew. This way it will not renew after the subscription time is up.

Hi, yes, you're right, I bought the SAME Game Pass 3 month deal to my friend on the 18th of october for 25CZK and I can see that after a month on the 18th of December the Game Pass subscription was renewed for 339CZK. Still, the Game Pass was supposed to last 3 month but it renewed after just 1 month.
