Xbox Game Pass not redeeming

My fiancee and I pay for game pass every month. I was just playing my games yesterday afternoon and this morning nothing is working. The account tells me that we do not have Game Pass and haven't paid for it since November of last year. We just paid for
it last month and do not have any sort of negative balance on our accounts. I've tried everything short of resetting the entire console and reinstalling everything. I wish to avoid that due to COD's updates being so large and time consuming. What is going
on?
