Xbox game pass not loading

Core subscription does not have access to all the Game Pass games. It has access to a selection of the larger catalog.

Thank you, let’s try to isolate the issue a bit more:

A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

C. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

D. Can be a bit odd but
Open the Control Panel in Windows.
After opening the control panel, set the “View by” on the top-right corner to “Large icons“.
Click on the “Network and Sharing Center” option.
Here, click on the “Change adapter settings” link on the left panel.
Now, right-click on the active network adapter and select “Properties“.
Go to the “Networking” tab.
Here, uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” option.
Click on the “Ok” button to save changes.
Then close all the windows, restart your PC and try again

after it install, I press the lets go button, sometimes a black xbox screen open up and then it disappeared along with the install app., most of the time the install window disappear. after the install I tried to open the app but it doesn't even load up with a screen

What do you mean exactly by “it wouldn’t load”
Do you mean that the app is stuck in the Xbox logo when you open it?

And, when you say “clean install” what do you mean exactly?
Reinstalling the whole windows system? If yes, how did you do it?
