Xbox Game Pass not being reconised

I've had and xbox game pass subscription for ages, but as of 2 days ago it's now saying I need to join or sign up to xbox gold each time I try to play a game. I've checked my account and my subscription is still active. I've even logged into the xbox game
pass app and it's saying I need to join.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, sorry to hear that's happening. It sounds like you've checked your
Services & Subscriptions information and everything there appears as you would expect. If that looks in order, and you're signed with that account on your Xbox but the subscription is not being recognized, I would try the following troubleshooting steps
if you haven't yet done so:

-Try a
physical power cycle of your console.

-Try
removing and then re-adding your profile to your console. Note that you'll need to know your account's corresponding email and password to do this.

If those troubleshooting steps don't work, or if your subscription information isn't as you would expect it to be, you might need advanced troubleshooting from an official Xbox Support rep; if needed, I would recommend contacting one at their main

contact site. Hope this helps!

Im having a similar issue where when i first insert a disc (game,blue ray or dvd) the xbox will not reconise it but after ejecting and reinserting a second or third time it will being to work.

Well the season pass didnt activate itself with the release of the first dlc. I had to go instore to get it and download it from there luckily it was free to download so it reconises that ive purchased the season pass instore but it still wont load to game
and sits in the ready to install column.

An enemy jumping is no different to them strafing, just reconise their pattern.

i have brought 1 month of xbox live but when i type in the code it says code not reconised but all of the letters are correct
