Xbox Game Pass not allowing me to download

Hi guys

I am subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on automatic billing.

I can play Game Pass games that I have installed. However, instead of the "Install" option on a new Game Pass game I want to install, it says is "Join Game Pass".

Clicking on that confirms I am subscribed but still gives me this problem after clicking "Continue".

You need to contact customer seevice who can look at your account. In the meantime i suggest a hard reset of your console. Hold down the power button until the console turns off. Youll know you did it right if you get the green xbox screen.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to gain access to your Game Pass games if it's not coming up as intended. I can totally understand how this could be distressing. I suggest
removing and redownloading your profile back to your console from Xbox Live to make sure that it has been updated successfully.

When you get the chance, try that out and let us know if that helped.

I had to download the Xbox Beta app on my PC before it allowed me to use my game pass
