    Hola, el dia 14/09/2019 realice el pago correspondiente de 260 pesos argentinos para obeter xbox game pass pc a travez de la tarjeta Uala, el cobro fue realizado con exito pero al momento de instalar la app y querer descargar una app o juego, me pide que
    coloque el metodo de pago, colo la tarjeta Uala de la cual ya se habian cobrado con anterioridad y no me reconoce tarjeta con la leyenda "los datos ingresados no corresponden a la dicha tarjeta" conclucion, se cobraron la plata y no puedo usar el servicio,
    en la app de Uala figura que intentaron cobrarce 3 veces mas sin exito dado que ya no tenia saldo, el pago fue realizado y no puedo usar el servicio, favor de devolver mi dinero, muchas gracias.

    Puedes checar tu historial de compras y ver si te hicieron el cargo de la membresía de game pass y si lo hicieron y aun no te lo reconoce comunicate a soporte tecnico.

    recomiendo llames a soporte tecnico de tu pais para que puedas corroborar que es lo que sucede porque despues de reiniciar tu consola desde cero o borrar tu cuenta y volver a iniciar la sesión no se me ocurre mucho
