    Xbox game pass issue unable to play a game


    Okay so I downloaded synduality echo of ada from the store, it’s on game pass. I played it for 4-5 days and now I can’t play it as I don’t own the game.. I’ve checked my ultimate subscription and it’s active/paid for. Any ideas on how I can fix this or is it an issue elsewhere?

    The game you mentioned was free to test from the 19th to the 22nd. That's why you can't play anymore, it's not part of the catalog.

    Just to confirm, you're unable to install it on Xbox app and MS store? Are you playing the game through the game pass?

    Error 0x80070780

    Having the same issue. Attempting to install games with the new Xbox Game Pass for PC (notably Metro Exodus and Wolfenstein II) will result in an error (0x80070780). I have no idea what to do. It's very frustrating
    as I only signed up for game pass to play Metro, and I am currently unable to do so.

    Thanks for checking, Gunnar. Are you subscribed to Xbox game pass Ultimate, or just Xbox Live? Ultimate game pass subscription includes Xbox live, and EA play. If you only have an active Xbox Live Gold, I am afraid you'll be unable to play the game.
