Xbox game pass isnt working as intended

I brought xbox game pass for $1 for 3 months. I can get some games on the pass but the games i want to get, such as sea of thieves and doom eternal are some reason 'not available' even though i own the xbox game pass ultimate. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem as i am unaware why this is happening and cant find anyone having the same problem online.

dont worry, i have fixed this issue. I fixed it by changing region to united states and now my game pass is working. Thanks for the help!

try downloading from the win 10 store instead to see what you get there, also is your windows 10 fully up to date as 1909 or lower are no longer supported versions of the OS.

Usually with these "Games Pass for $1 for first month" if you unsubscribe straight away, it literally cancels your games pass.

The best way to get access to it for $1 is to only unsubscribe close to the renewal date, like a few days before.

First, make sure that your game pass is active on your account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

Also, you've mentioned that you have unsubscribed, kindly validate because if you have canceled your subscription it will no longer be active for you.

What is happening on the console? Do you receive an error message or code?

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, please, power cycle your console.

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
