Xbox game pass isn’t recognizing my controller, but it says connected, help?

If my Xbox isn’t connected to the wifi will I need a game pass to play the game?

Hi I have a moga xp5x+ and Microsoft Xbox pass does not recognize it as connected in the app but my computer shows connected to moga so I am not able to play games on Microsoft Xbox pass since it's not detected . I am using wired as my controller doesn't even show up in Bluetooth menu at all.

Unfortunately, your suggestions don't suffice. I've now repeatedly tried it with two Xbox Wireless controllers connected via bluetooth to a PC. Everything works fine with those controllers on Steam games, including local coop with two controllers. But I have not been able to get two controllers to work on any game I tried via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. All of the local multiplayer games I tried recognized both connected controllers as one. Extremely frustrating.

Yes, I followed the procedures under "None of my discs play, or my disc isn’t recognized when I insert it." They did not help.

my controller is not recognized by windows. I have everything updated, and the bug fixer does not give me any solution. If I go into configuration -> devices -> controller-> controller properties tells me that it is an xbox controller, but the controller
does not recognize it properly because does not respond and the xbox accessories application does not recognize it either. In configuration -> devices appears as a ''controller'' but without being well installed as it is impossible to use.

In conclusion, my pc knows that I connect to the usb an xbox one controller but does not have the driver or the proper update to use it and my xbox tries to update every time I connect to the console but is frozen at 0% or 100% of the update, never ends.
