Xbox game pass' hollow knight doesn t properly connect with the cloud, thus it doesn t save...

I tried opening it directly from the shortcut or logging on the xbox app of windows (which it correctly logs in and detects i have the game pass) and both of them gets to open hollow knight and detects my account but neither of them gets to actually connect to the cloud. Instead, it shows me an error of cloud connection.

I tried to play the game anyway supposing it would simply save locally, but that is not the case, as i played until killing the first boss and used the bench multiple times (i also seen the symbol of saving so at least it is trying) but when i close the game and connected the next day the progress wasn t saved at all. I tried then to start a new game, run foward to the first bench, sit on it, wait a few seconds even if the save symbol had already banished, close the game and reopen it. Still nothing saved. I looked on the foulder of %appdata%/... where it supposedly saves and there is nothing but a txt called player, which has data on how i play (which controller i use for example) but nothing like a save file or anything at all.

I think it is a problem with xbox cloud gaming, but i m not 100% sure. It could be with the game as a year prior i did get to save an outer worlds' game (it didn t use this xbox cloud thing though). Any ideas?
