xbox game pass games having trouble launching

Do you have any outstanding updates for the game.

Also do you own the games or play on games pass - has your games pass expired.

I often have trouble launching Forza but keep trying and eventually it launches

Well, this ticket can be closed. Support is taking actual hours to get back to me, and I've had trouble with too many games on Game Pass that just don't launch and have had no help from support in the past anyways. Just going to cancel my game pass and
buy the game elsewhere.

I rebooted my xbox and now im able to launch my games. Thank you for your help.
