    Xbox game pass gamecard in Korea


    Just recently moved to korea and want to buy the xbox gamepass using a gamecard, i was wondering if the codes in the card will be on hangul or will it be in english? and if it is on hangul, is there anyway i can still redeem it?

    Hi there Sean, my name is Gerardo, and I'm an Xbox player, just like you. I'll be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

    If I'm not mistaken, all Xbox codes, no matter the country, will be a combination of numbers and letters from the alphabet (A-Z) with the exception of the following characters: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, and 5. With that in mind, you should be able to redeem codes from Korea without any issues if you purchase them there. Don't worry.

    I'm able to buy the game with PayPal and Credit.. it's just that it won't let me use the gamecard cash... it's such a waste of money on the gamecards now... I'm upset.. uggh..

    Korean Ultimate Game Pass - Promotion not available?!

    but it is offered for the normal Gamepass in korea and in other countries like US, Canada, Germany and France they all have this promotion.

    Just the Ultimate Game Pass in Korea does cost normal price, it's very weird, I hope the developer teams sees this...

    Xbox seems to have removed the feature temporarily while they're working on new features.

    The only way is to access it via the gamecard, yes.
