XBOX Game Pass for PC

Hello!

I would like to purchase XBOX Game Pass for PC.

I've tried to make a purchase with PayPal, but on the check-out page I am asked to update my address to one in the United States. At the moment, I am living in Ukraine.

I found out that my country is not on the list of the supported countries so I assume it is the reason I cannot finalize the order.

So I have a few questions:

1. Can we expect XBOX Game Pass for PC to be available in Ukraine once it is out of Beta phase?

2. I have a card issued in Poland and I know a local residence address where I used to stay last year. Although I am not a resident in Poland. Will I be able to make the purchase if I update my personal Microsoft account address to the one in Poland and use
the Polish-issued card? Are there any possible legal reasons to ban my account if I use this method?

3. I can also ask one of my friends who stay in the United States to make the purchase for me. Will I be able to use the Pass on my PC in Ukraine in that case? Will I be able to play the games without the VPN connection?

P.S. The reason I am asking the last question is because I've encountered some local vendors in Ukraine reselling Xbox Game Passes. I wonder if it is safe to order the digital Pass from third-party vendors.
