Xbox Game Pass For PC redeeming problems please help.

So I recently got a new laptop, and in the Xbox app it says I have a free Xbox game pass for 1 month free with the laptop. But to redeem it, you still need to enter credit card number/ paypal. But the problem is that I dont have a credit card number or paypal. I just want to redeem a free subscription. Is there any way i can redeem it without entering details? I just want my game pass! help would be greatly apreciated.

I recently purchased a new Laptop as well and the same with you I have a PC Game Pass offer, a backup payment method is required. I would like to apologize but we can't proceed with redeeming the codes if there is no payment method to be used.

If you're on the Xbox One then please launch the Game Pass app and look for the Redeem Reward banner.

If you're on the PC then keep an eye on your notifications in the Xbox Companion App or the Beta App for info on redeeming the codes

Just to be clear. Is YouTube offering the Game Pass code for you or are you trying to redeem the YouTube Premium that Game Pass Ultimate offers? If it's a code that YouTube offers, you're going to have to get in touch with them.

If you are trying to redeem the Game Pass Ultimate offer, please try redeeming again from the Xbox app on your PC, your console, or the Xbox Game Pass app on your phone.

Did you get a 25-digit code to redeem with your computer? It's usually a Game Pass card, or it may be in an email, receipt. When you opened the Xbox App, did it ask you to claim your one month of Xbox Game Pass? Once you have redeemed Xbox Game Pass, you can play all the games available on the service within the Xbox App. Afterward, you can continue to pay for the service to continue to access the games. Also, make sure you have a Microsoft account as one is needed.
